The average CTR in the PPC is 0.5% and a higher CRT is good which means the 20% CTR is good in PPC.

For a single portfolio or campaign, it is recommended to have a CTR at about 0.8%-2.5%+, 20% CTR is great no doubt but what is more important is how many impressions you have, if you have like 10 impressions and 2 click you cannot judge the campaign entirely, but if you have 1000 impressions and 200 clicks or even 20 clicks, that will have more impact than having less impression and higher CTR.

Yes, 20% CTR is good. If you are getting 100 impressions and getting 20 clicks on those impressions that would be great for your PPC campaign.

As I know CTRs should range from 0.8% to 2.5%+, so in this case, 20% CTR is good.
