Is it possible for buyer to apply for refund only for specific items ?

If buyer places order with 10 items then can he apply for refund for 5 item only?

  It is not possible to do that if the single order has all 10 items in it, either you have to get a refund for all or none of them.

  If all 10 items were purchased in one order, it is not possible to do that; you must either receive a refund for every item or none at all.
