Is it possible for me to attach video of defected item in case log?

    I am wanting to provide video of defected item to Amazon, Can I provide them in the case log? if not, then how?

      No Kallis, you can’t add video to the case log. Amazon only accepts documents and images in the case log.

      You can provide only documents or images in case log as it only accepts the options of images and documents, however if you have to provide in any case you can ask customer service representative and can use a third party website like youtube, daily motion or any other site which can stream your video and can share the link with Amazon representative if the video is essential for your case
