      Using the same credit card for both accounts can lead to confusion and complications in accounting so, it’s better not to use the same one.

      You can use, but it is better not to, however it is possible to use same card in both accounts and there are no such limitations to not being able to use same card in both accounts, but as mister Jason mentions it can be quite confusing so avoiding is better.
