No, the fulfillment center is suggested by Amazon once you create your shipment, there is no way you can select your prefered shipment method.

First of all there is no way to select a preferred fulfillment center to ship your stock to but if you want a preferred fulfillment center Amazon charges you extra for it.

No, Amazon recommends you and gives you the warehouse address when you create a shipment plan. However, there is an option to choose a warehouse you have to enable the option of “inventory placement services” while creating a shipment plan.

As an Amazon seller, you cannot pick your preferred fulfillment center to ship your items to. But you can use Amazon’s Inventory Placement Service (IPS) to request that all of your inventory be stored in a single fulfillment center. This can help reduce shipping costs and simplify the shipping process.

It is not possible for Amazon sellers to choose their preferred fulfillment center for shipping their inventory. Amazon has its own criteria and algorithms that determine the best fulfillment center for each inventory based on factors such as the product category, sales history, and storage availability.
