It it possible for my customer to cancel return after returning product?

    My customer has returned the product but now he is wanting to cancel the return after 6 hours of returning the product. Can he do this?

      As far as I can see there are no time limits to this, so according to Amazon, “if you’ve asked for a replacement or exchange, or already been refunded” in this case you cannot cancel using the method of “going to manage returns, cancel this return”, you’ve to go to “your orders” and cancel replacement or exchange from there.

      Yes, your customer can cancel the return as long as they haven’t received the refund, otherwise for the replacement they will go to their orders and manage it from there.
