How the ODR (order defect rate) Amazon is calculated? My ODR is 4.75% and I desperately need to lower it, how can I reduce the ODR of my product?

ODR depends on 3 factors and these are customer feedback, A-Z guarantee claims, and chargeback claims. If you have negative performance in any of these three factors, your ODR will increase and Amazon can deactivate your account.

ODR is reliant on three variables: chargeback claims, A-Z guarantee claims, and customer feedback. Your ODR will rise and Amazon may deactivate your account if you perform poorly in any one of these three areas.

There are three components which are used in calculating ODR, namely customer feedback, A-Z guarantee claims, and chargeback claims. Amazon can deactivate your account if you perform poorly in any of these three factors.

ODR is depends on three different factors or variables:
      1) chargeback claims,
      2)A-Z guarantee claims
      3)customer feedback.
Your Oorder defect rate will rise and Amazon can deactivate your account if your performance in any of the above mentioned variables is not good.

ODR is calculated using three different factors: customer reviews, A-Z guarantee claims, and chargeback claims. If you don’t perform well in any one of these three areas, Amazon may delete your account.

Is using the Order Defect Rate (ODR) as a performance statistic to assess the seller’s level of customer support. The ODR is determined by dividing the total number of orders received over a specific period of time by the number of times the negative metrics (below) were experienced. There are some factors are involve in ODR that are as follows:
      1). Customer Reviews
      2). A-Z Guarantee Claims
      3). Chargeback Claims

The ODR is depends upon 3 factors that are the customer reviews, the A-Z guarantee claims and the chargeback claims, You can decrease the ODR by simply sustain these factors. The ODR is calculated by dividing the total number of orders received during a certain time period by the frequency of the negative metrics.

A-Z guarantee claims, customer reviews, and chargeback claims all contribute to ODR calculation. Your Amazon account may be deleted if you fail to perform well in any of these three areas.

If you go to account health from seller central there you will see three factors under the ODR that are negative customer, A to Z Guarantee claims and Chargeback claims. If your these factors are good then your ODR will definitely good.

It is calculated by dividing the number of negative orders by the number of orders in the same time frame. Other factors that are involved with it are “a to z guarantee claims, chargeback claims & negative customer reviews”.

Three things—Customer Reviews, A-Z Guarantee Claims, and Chargeback Claims—determine the outcome of ODR. If these factors are good, your ODR will undoubtedly be positive.

The Order Defect Rate is an important metric used by Amazon to measure the quality of a seller’s performance. It is calculated as the percentage of orders that have received negative feedback, an A-to-Z Guarantee claim, or a service credit card chargeback. The ODR is calculated based on a rolling 60-day basis.
