If it is showing on the top keywords it is probably a glitch as I have faced it and after some time, it was solved automatically, this can also happen with keywords that don’t have enough search volume and no history.

Amazon shows the suggested bids according to the history and search volume of the keyword and if the keyword doesn’t have any suggested bid then it might not have a history or not good enough search volume.

This thing mostly happens when you try to use search terms as keywords in your campaigns that have no bidding history in Amazon record.

It can occur when a keyword has no history and insufficient search volume then suggested bids will not be shown by Amazon.

It could happen when keywords have no history and maybe you have added the most unique keywords in PPC which has no search volume or your competitors have not used these types of keywords in PPC

It is possible that this occurs when keywords have no background history and you have added the most different keywords in PPC that have no or less search volume.

Amazon suggests the bids by analyzing the other competitors starting and ending bid ranage. If there is no suggested bid, there could be s reason that no other competitors are bidding for that keyword.

Its happens when the keywords have no or low search volume in the market, and you have to adjust the bids by your own.

If you are not seeing the suggested bids for any of you keywords in the PPC campaign manager may be it will be a glitch from amazon or also amazon suggest the bids on the history of keywords and the search volume of the keywords so you have to check the history on amazon and also have to check the search volume of the keywords so it will help you more about it.

As you know that Amazon shows suggested bids as per the history of keyword and current bids so amazon suggests you get a good result.
In your case your keywords maybe not have any previous history or no one is using that keyword in PPC.

If there are no suggested bids, the term may not have enough history or search traffic, according to Amazon, which bases its presentation of proposed bids on the history and search volume of the phrase.

suggested bids is depend on the keywords history and search volume if specific keywords don’t have any history or search volume then amazon will not suggest any bids
