The customer provided an incorrect address and only informed me of the update at 2 am CST this morning, after the order had already been shipped out yesterday at 9 pm CST. Upon contacting USPS, I discovered that intercepting the package and changing the address would incur a fee of $17, in addition to the additional shipping cost. Considering the original order value is $10, I informed the customer about the cost of performing the intercept and address change. Now, I need guidance on how to inform Amazon about this situation.
