Are the back-end search term and front-end keywords both are same or not?

Both type of keywords play important role for product visibility and indexing.
The titles and descriptions of products contain frontend keywords. Their objectives are to increase traffic and sales.
Backend Keywords are known as hidden phrases that appear in product listings. They are target terms that weren’t included in the front end but that can increase visibility. You can say these the keywords which are left to use in front end.

Back-end search terms and front-end search terms are both different and not the same.

There are two types of keywords: Frontend Keywords and Backend Keywords.
Frontend keywords are located in your product listing (i.e. product title, bullet points, and descriptions). They are visible to customers and indexed by the Amazon A10 algorithm.
Backend keywords are found behind the scenes in your product listing.
