20% coupon is running for my listing, If I change the sales price will the coupon will still be running, or do I have to run a new coupon?

  The coupon will not be affected and after changing sales price you will not have to run the new coupon

  If you change the sales price that will not affect your coupon, customers will get a coupon on that price that you have set.
