What is “promo rebates” in expense section of Payment?

    I am not running any promotion then why there are expenses for me written there?

      Promo rebates are charges for any promotion rebates (Coupon, promotion etc)

      It’s when a buyer pays to ship for an order but is entitled to get it shipped free by way of a promotion. If you check an order where this has occurred you will see the buyer has paid to ship and then has been reimbursed for it.

      When a buyer pays for shipping on an order yet is entitled to free shipping owing to a promotion, this happens. or if the buyer has the promotional credits in their credit and and cuts the extra charges then it will happen.
