What kind of certification required for selling on toy category

    I want to sell in the toy category and my product don’ contain any battery and is not an electronic product, but my friend told me still i need approval, what kind of certification should I have to provide for approval?

      You need to provide CPC ( Children Product Certificate) and also a lab test report that declares the toy is not harmful to children. You can use amazon recommended lab to test your product.

      To import or produce toys and other children’s products in the United States, one must issue a Childrens Product Certificate (CPC).
