What should I do if a competitor is selling a product on Amazon that infringes on my intellectual property?

Scenario: As an Amazon seller, I have recently discovered that a competitor is selling a product on Amazon that infringes on my intellectual property. This product is very similar to mine and uses a design that I have a patent on. I want to take action to protect my intellectual property rights, but I’m not sure what steps to take as an Amazon seller. What should I do if a competitor is selling a product on Amazon that infringes on my intellectual property?

Hello Mr. Jacob! To report abuse, go to the Selling Policies and Code of Conduct Page and select that option. Select the violation from there, then enter the data you gathered. Contact Seller Support – After sending an email and submitting a formal complaint, give them a call.
