Supposing that I have ordered 1000 pieces of a metal water bottle but the manufacturer has mistakenly delivered 1000 pieces of the plastic water bottle. In this case, what can I do to get my products?

First of all, you paid for metal water bottles, right? that means the manufacturer must know what your order was, you can contact them and return the current shipment to the manufacturer and ask them to send the metal version instead.

Amazon will not accept the stock if that is wrong but you can ask Amazon from the manufacture provided tracking ids for removal inventory you have to pay for that and the manufacturer defiantly will be guilty so you have to ask him to pay for shipment and everything if he accepts that’s totally based on your dealing.

If you received the shipment at your own warehouse then you can simply tell the manufacturer and send the shipment back to him. If the shipment was received at the Amazon fulfillment center then you need to create a removal order and then send the inventory back to the manufacturer. For this discuss with your manufacturer and since it is the fault of manufacturer you need to discuss with them about the expenses etc as well.
