      You can ask them in English for transferring your call to another specialist.

      Simply you can ask them to transfer your call to any English language or you can cancel it and again call to support team.

      As above said by others, you can ask them to transfer your call to another seller support person if they don’t. cut out the call and recall again.

      Ask them to talk in English and if they can’t then you can tell them to transfer your call to the person who can talk in English.
