  If you have upload the images through the flat file there must be an error in the images links also after uploading the file you can contact to amazon for that.

  If you found that your flat file has been successfully uploaded and your images are still not updated you should create a case log with Amazon.
  share your problem with them and ask them to refresh the listing, you problem will be solved in this way.
