What to do with negative feedback ?

    Due to shipping issues, my order did not reach the customer. As a result, I had to cancel and receive a refund. My customer wrote that I received a refund after giving my store one star. What can I do to get rid of it? It was my first feedback.

    What should I do in response?

      As you have stated that you haven’t fulfilled the orders so you have only one option to remove the feedback is to contact the buyer and ask him to remove the negative Feedback, try to persuade him otherwise if you have get negative feedback on seller fulfilled order and can’t do anything except the buyer removes it by himself. As the order is seller fulfilled then definitely you would have his contact number as well so contact him via phone if he didn’t responds to the messages through Amazon.

      If you are doing FBA, then you can request for removal. Amazon will remove it.
