Although there is not a direct relation between the two, and both have a separate way of calculations, in case your ACOS is 5%, then your ROAS assuming ($5 ad spent, & $100 in sales), the ROAS will be 20.0.

ROAS and ACOS both reflect sales-to-advertising-spend ratios for the sales you produce. In order to calculate ROAS, divide your advertising cost by your revenue from ads. To calculate the ROAS advertising cost and revenue.

Although there is no direct correlation between the two and each method of computation is different, if your ACOS is 5%, your ROAS will be 20.0 if you assume that you will spend $5 on advertising and $100 on sales.

Well Sylvester!! If your ACOS is 5% and as per calculation your ROAS will be 20.

ROAS is simply the opposite of ACOS, and one of the simplest way to calculate ROAS is (1/ACOS), so in this case ROAS will be 20.
