Due to the availability of your stock in Europe, in my opinion, Amazon won’t charge you VAT in both countries. However, if you sell goods in the US marketplace and receive orders from the UK, you will be charged VAT.

You’ll be charged VAT on the basis of the country which you have received the order from, meaning in this case you’ll be charged VAT according to France.

VAT is according to where orders have come from and in this case VAT will be charged according to France’s marketplace.

France VAT will be applied on this order.

In that case, France VAT will be charged on that order.

If you got the order from France then you’ll have to pay VAT in France

The VAT is charged based on where the orders have come from. The VAT you have to pay in this case is based on the French market, if you got the order from France.

You have to pay the VAT in the country in which you receive an order. you will have to pay the VAT in France.
