The first thing to do for this is that you make sure that the inventory isn’t expired even if you know, ask Amazon to check and show you images, then you can provide Amazon with the appropriate evidence that it is a misunderstanding and your inventory isn’t expired.
-
If your product is expirable then you have to provide an exact date in the backend and if it’s not expirable then you have to select unexplorable from backed.
-
You need to provide the evidence of the product’s expiration date. Provide evidence of expiration exact date to Amazon with documentation that proves your product is not expired. This could include the manufacturing date, the expiration date, or other relevant documentation.

Stella, You have to check from the backend of your products. Maybe you have set the expiration date to the backend of your product. Otherwise, you have to contacted with Amazon.
-
The backend will require an exact date if your product is expiable, and if not, you will have to select unexplorable from the backend.
-
If your product is expiable, the backend will request a date, and if not, you will need to select unexplorable from the backend.
-
If your product is expirable, the backend will request a date; however, you must choose unexplorable from the backend.
-
If something like that happens again and again then you need to check whether there is a manufacturing and expiry date on the backend of your listing or not through which Amazon determines your product as expired.
