If I have set daily budget rule of 20$ and using placemat of 100% with fixed bids as well then will Amazon charge me more than 20$ in any case?

Yes, some times amazon charge more than the daily budget that you because if your ads is live and your campaign is out of budget then it is possible that 2 to 3 clicks you can get after getting out of budget.

If you have set a daily budget of $20 and using placement of 100% with fixed bids, Amazon should not charge you more than $20 per day, but they may occasionally exceed your daily budget by up to 20% through over delivery.

Yeah, a few times Amazon counts clicks and charges you extra from the budget you set if you are using a PPC placement.

You might be charged more than your daily budget by Amazon if your ads are running and your budget is exceeded.

The budget rule and placement have no connection. The placement is applied to get clicks on a certain position. If you set a budget limit of 20$ then it can charge more than 20$ or less than 20$ depending on clicks.
