Will my listing remain active if I am out of stock and selling through Pan-EU?

I am selling in all EU and went out of stock in France, will still my France listing will be active? considering all other marketplace have stock

  No, the listing won’t be active on amazon if you are out of stock.

  Yes if you are going with Pan-EU program and you don’t have stock in france but have in any other EU marketplace with same ASIN. Then your listing will remain active.
