It won’t have any impact on the virtual bundle listing whatsoever, as it is a separate thing, even if you’re doing wholesale then you still can sell through the virtual bundle.

It will not affect on the virtual bundle if you have an active listing with FBA available stock in fulfillment center.

It may affect the overall sales of the virtual bundle. However, it’s possible for the bundle to remain active and available for purchase even if one of the ASINs loses the Buy Box.

If any of the ASINs included in a virtual bundle lose the buy box, the virtual bundle will remain active on Amazon, but it may affect the visibility and sales of the virtual bundle.

If you lose the buy box it does not impact your bundle listing it affects your separate individual listing.
