What are the most important metrics to monitor when running Amazon PPC campaigns, and how can sellers use this data to refine and improve their advertising strategy over time?

The main things we saw in PPC campaigns are clicks and spending so you can have to control your excessive clicks to avoid extra spending and can make your ACOS low to make your business profitable.
Important metrics to monitor in Amazon PPC campaigns:
1-ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales)
2-CTR (Click-Through Rate)
3-CR (Conversion Rate)
4-ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend)
5-Total Sales
6-Impressions and Clicks
7-CPC (Average Cost per Click)
8-Search Term PerformanceMonitoring these metrics helps optimize campaign performance.
I think all the key performance indicators of a campaign are important, as Sylvester has mentioned above, but I will prefer the click-through rate and cost of acquisition; these two are the most important to check that your campaign is running effectively.
